    In terms of WWE (which I assume you’re referring to) Nothing ‘official’ happened really. They just deemphasized it over time (I haven’t paid attention to if/when they got rid of it, or stopped mentioning it or what). Probably once schedules got to the point where said rule became ever-so-slight inconvenience to the booking they decided to just not mention it.

    Not sure what other companies even acknowledge it as a rule tbh.
