Why is this trash being posted again?

I realise tgis image is from another site, but golly just look at those books in the example 🤣

Libraries aren’t even allowed to stock all the books they need owing to exorbitant license fees, so I don’t see a publicly-funded, community cloud getting any purchase this side of a revolution, sadly.
