Paul Levesque to attend a Donald Trump executive order signing.
On Thursday, July 31st, U.S. President Donald Trump is going to be signing an executive order that will expand on his council on sports, fitness, and nutrition. One of his ways to do that is to bring back the Presidential Fitness Test in public schools, White House officials confirmed to CNN.
The signing is taking place at the White House in Washington, D.C., and CNN noted that one of the names scheduled to be in attendance is WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.
Levesque’s relationship with Trump dates back to Trump’s stint on WWE programming in the early 2000s. Levesque expressed public support for Trump during both of his Presidencies.
In June, Levesque and Stephanie McMahon met with U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to discuss Trump’s council on sports, fitness, and nutrition.
`Yay, he’s helping bring back the torturous Presidential fitness test…
This along with reports that the recent WWE series was to make him out to be WWE’s own version of Dana White because TKO is full of dumbasses.
Then today there is a report this motherfucker praised Donald, like full on praised him saying he sticks to his guns and he gets a lot of things right and when he’s wrong admits it but WWE is entertainment not politics. Like full on drinking the Fla-vor-aid… we’d be better off if they would get a nice glass of JJs special blend.
I loved Triple H in the late '90s, I didn’t mind the reign of terror, I felt major sympathy and worry for him with his cardiac stuff, but here we are in the mid-'20s and I can’t stand this guy.
And no one should be surprised.
WWE is a maga company.
Are we really surprised though?
As much as I
thinkhope the real Paul Levesque may be a relatively decent human being deep down (at least compared to his compatriots), he has proven to have a strong business intellect. He knows who the fanbase is, and where the WWE’s bread is buttered. This is all part of the marketing HHH has to pull as one of the main faces of post-Vince WWE.
firing your out queer talent and partying with right wing authoritarians isn’t a good look, trips
I don’t know that HHH cares how it looks unfortunately
