I enjoyed the show for the most part. Though the end: not as much.

I didn’t like the choking Bryan with a bag. I mean he literally tried to kill him. Where is the line? Is someone just going to bring a gun and shoot the other person next? If the bigger blood feud was the next match: Why didn’t Hangman just put a bag over Swerve’s head?

Other comments on the lights out match: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vzKgD89oOE. That looked so painful and miserable. I’m (probs) in the minority but I want them to eventually respect each other and be a tag team, win the tag belts, etc. I don’t know how we could get there but yeah.

I literally fell asleep during the Mone vs Shida match so I guess I didn’t think there was a chance Mone would lose.

I enjoyed MJF vs Garcia, but thought Garcia should have won.

    Ospreay vs PAC was enjoyable.

I really liked the Chicago Street Fight. Lots of fun and good match for a street fight.

Thought there was no chance The Bucks or Okada would lose any of their matches so I wasn’t as invested. They were good though. I’m excited to see Okada vs Takeshita. Though my kayfabe is so bad since I thought: “Why doesn’t OC or Jay lie down for the other one to bring the title back to their group?” … they could have another match later to crown the ‘rightful champion’. Though then when I thought about that, I thought I sounded like a WCW booker from 2001.

      The bag choking.

I’m iffy on the spot personally. Visually its much worse than most other violent spots that occur in the ring, kids legit die doing that shit. It’s why we print warnings to not play with plastic bags or to throw em away cause they can be a hazard.

…but from a technical aspect it’s as ‘lethal’ as a wrestler hitting another in the head with a steel chair. You can shoot kill someone with that. As ‘lethal’ as a powerbomb on a cinder block. You can shoot kill someone with that. As ‘lethal as an asaii moonsault’, you can shoot kill yourself with that, Hayabusa almost did.

but a kid isn’t powerbombing kids on cinderblocks or hitting other kids with steel folding chairs and shit, least not with the availability that they can choke another kid with a plastic bag.

So I’m fine with it but I dont wanna see that again lol. Same as the flamethrower from darby and the pizza cutter from Gage and the Vortex. Ok we saw it, no more lol.
