I feel the same way with the caveat that I can’t think of anyone in the short term that fits that bill and Gunther should also be moving up the card. Great match regardless, but I was rooting for Gunther to retain as well.

In retrospect, this makes perfect sense and I won’t be shocked at all if Chad turns on Sami this Monday to set that up.

I may be the only one, but I legit feel like Gable is somehow costing Sami this match.

Smoke and mirrors should help to cover some of Rock’s cardio but I tend to agree that I’m wary of him holding up for 30+

I’m with you, but it doesn’t seem coincidental to me that they introduced another woman’s title around the same time they showed her in the crowd. A decent 6-7 month run in NXT should have her primed for a huge debut at next years Rumble.

Wow. This has flown by so far. Assuming this match is 15-20 with intros and Sami/Gunther is 30ish, the main could feasibly go for an hour!

At Thursday’s press conference, after HHH announces Rock vs. Roman is closing Wrestlemania Night One…

So, why did Cody win the Rumble and make it seem like he was coming after Roman? Something isn’t adding up here. Perhaps that’s just wishful thinking on my part that this is some sort of bizarre angle, but I’d also like to add that Dave’s information here is not exactly something I’d take without several grains of salt.

Also, they’ve already made merch and signed sponsorships but they couldn’t cobble together a match graphic like they did for Bayley/Io? I just don’t get any of this.

They would have to be the stupidest lawyer in the history of stupid lawyers to come out and say they were willing to settle.

This is the exact same thing happening to me right now, haha. Just about to watch SD so I’m sadistically looking forward to this debacle.

I didn’t see it during the men’s match but it was definitely a welcome addition to the women’s. I’ll probably rewatch the show tomorrow so if the graphics pop up I’ll let you know.

Last time I logged into Reddit there was craziness from multiple wrestling subs, so I’m thankful I found this place. Let’s keep the fun vibes going as long as we can!

I loved how they hit the surprises right from the get go. It kind of tempered my expectations for a big surprise later in the match, and in the meantime, the women worked so hard to keep the focus in ring. I’d have to rewatch, but in the now, I think the women’s match was slightly better than the men’s.

It may be a small sample size, but so far the best thing here is that everyone is cool with each other. If we keep that vibe, this place will grow.

I’ll make sure to pop in for Dynamite next week!
