Tell me you know my hero was John Wayne Gacy without telling me you know my hero was John Wane Gacy
Tell me you know my hero was John Wayne Gacy without telling me you know my hero was John Wane Gacy
I’ve been kind of interested in a tiling wm for a while now, but I want to see a demo of someone who has really spent the time of fully utilising its true power. Does anyone have a recommended video for something like that?
I resent that, I’ve lost a lot of weight this year.
How old?
I didn’t mean OP was a single-parent. I meant I haven’t met any parents.
In any case, are you telling me you haven’t ever let your kid watch TV because you were too busy?
I’m going to assume you don’t have kids.
Unless you’ve had kids you don’t understand that it is practically impossible to complete even the most basic tasks unless your child is distracted.
Staying on top of household duties while managing a child is challenging enough, but then add on work, study, and every other responsibility.
I’ve never met a single parent who shares your opinion.
For the uninitiated, this is a representation of the Survivorship Bias.
Essentially, the red dots represent bullet holes from aircraft which returned from battle.
If you were to ask someone which places should be reinforced with armour, someone who has the Survivorship Bias would say “where the red dots are”, whereas people who know anything about engineering would say “everywhere else!”
It’s like saying: “why are you wearing a helmet? I’ve met hundreds of soldiers and none of them have ever been shot in the head, helmets are a waste of good armour.”
A true fact: Did you know wearing a helmet increases your chances of dying of cancer.
Nano… Pfff…
Requires three dependencies, while Vi requires one. Everyone can see how bloated your system is. You should be embarrassed.
Hey guys, check out this resource beast and laugh! Ha ha ha!
Most people in this thread don’t get it.
You know how some people compete to see who can get Doom to run on the craziest platforms, like a calculator?
Installing Arch with the fewest packages is like that. There’s something oddly satisfying about stripping everything back to the most basic level - to make things work for you within the most constrictive environment you enforce for yourself.
It’s like eating a spicy shellfish dinner and super gluing your asshole closed.
X companies are are natural enemies
Like X(org) and X(twitter)
Or X(org)and x(nxx)
Or X(org) and x(wayland)
Damn X, they’ve ruined X!
I’m sure OP only torrents unlicenced media.
They need sleep
I’ve repurposed a broken T2 macbook with Ubuntu Server, but any time I issue a reboot command, it just shuts down, and I need to manually walk to my garage and boot it back up.
Does anyone know why I’m so stoopid?
