You know he’s just running docker.
You know he’s just running docker.
THis looks like an excellent resource. Ty.
To expand on this also. If you are just wanting something that works. You can always install docker on your windows PC and play around with it there before worrying about Linux and its intricacies. Or hell run something like pop_os or Linux mint as your main. And windows as your “server pc” and once it’s setup you rarely have to use the windows server pc it’ll just do its thing.
Still in tech, 9 years now lol. Again. People do and they run into issue with it. Denying my perspective and acting like it’s invalid is obnoxious.
I worked for an ISP residential tech support for 3 years. Don’t tell me what’s realistic lmfao. I experienced it very, very often. And they sure as fuck couldn’t do it in windows.
99% of the planet don’t use webmail. Fair that you haven’t seen one. I’ve read it recently and often though so
Lmfao guess he doesn’t need you to help him setup his email port settings or have any issues with audio drivers or any of the other common issues we see with Linux installs.
He makes good videos. There are a bunch out there about portable routers nowadays. But I’d trust chuck tbh.
Next step. Have your on site manager call in and tell the ISP to change your sip trunk settings to fuck everything and let no one know. 😎
Sweet been interested in this myself. Thank you
So. I added home assistant and homarr to my docker compose stack. When I updated the stack to pull the new images. I lost all my saved info and files. Why is this? I’m imaging I need to define a storage point for the files ?
Is there a good resource for this?
Yup. The generic answer. I’d rec a nvidia shield pro. I have two and fucking love them.
Edit: also prefer jellyfin
Preference on a launcher? I’m getting tired of the google ads lol
Seriously. I’d never be in this situation. But I’d be so hard as I died in the floor.
