Yes, just grab any recent LLM like Mistral-7B and ask it to translate for you. A local client is here https://github.com/LostRuins/koboldcpp but you might need a good GPU to get quick answers.
Alternatively use https://lite.koboldai.net to use someone else’s computer.
Yes you can use the API of lemmy. There’s also SDKs for python and javascript

Unfotunately mastodon doesn’t support markdown, and even trying to do hyperlinks is an exercise in frustration. The integration between lemmy and mastodon sucks atm. It’s part of why the bot exists.
Please, just block the bot and you won’t see it again. If there was a way to make the replies from the bot not appear on lemmy, I would add it, but it’s not possible.
ye I’ll add something soon
Yes, see here: https://github.com/db0/lemmy-tagginator

You get a declarative config with ansible so long as you also reinstall the system every time. That’s how it’s meant to work professionals in an immutable setup. The power of ansible is that you can also use it as mutable on an existing infrastructure or on firewalls and stuff. It’s power is it’s flexibility to be do anything.
