This is sounding similar enough to my issue that I’m leaning towards it being a sengled thing lol. Appreciate the info!
If you can’t beat 'em join 'em
Linux users having strong opinions? I’m shocked I tell you, SHOCKED!
Intel Arc is there for you: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/discrete-gpus/arc.html
I’m aware, patiently waiting for Jellyfin lol. I didn’t enjoy emby at all so Plex was the best “out of the box” solution for my use case
I prefer Plex for its stupid simple “press here to share your library with your family remotely.” And before the Jellyfin folks have an aneurysm, yes I know I can “jUsT uSe a ReVeRsE pRoXy” but I’m a busy guy and frankly lazy. So if Jellyfin wants wide adoption, it needs to make library sharing stupid simple.
Or better yet, that 1% can run in a VM
Found you, Rich Evans
I followed this dude’s tutorial and my setup is working flawlessly: https://youtu.be/xbSfaKwyfXE?feature=shared
In Gluetun’s wiki, they have a section that covers most vpn providers, and has a section that gives you an example docker compose: https://github.com/qdm12/gluetun-wiki/blob/main/setup/providers/mullvad.md
I have a very similar setup to yours with just qbittorrent running through Gluetun via Mullvad. It’s working perfectly and pretty easy to connect additional containers. Fair warning tho, each time you ad a new container you need to redo the network setting for your previous containers in portainer for some reason, idk why but that took me a while to figure out lol
Looking forward to some 4K transcoding benchmarks!
This is still good to know, I didn’t know the bulbs were just endpoints, gonna avoid them going forward and find repeater zigbee bulbs instead. Thanks!
