Mine works, no reverse proxy needed

You don’t need a reverse proxy, jellyfin server supports https
I believe that’s Intel only, AMD’s isn’t internet connected
You create a pod and bring the pod up
No episode name and I don’t know if other dashes are permitted. There is a guide on the jellyfin site
The bit after the dash is supposed to indicate the version after the episode number. Like 4k/2k etc. You can use whatever label you want and pick between them on the client before starting. The field is only visible if you have more than one file for the episode number
I use zraid1 (kinda like raid5 but much better) in zfs with a stack of 18TB drives
The devs said there will never be any newer versions after this release, maintenance only
Bingo, and if the latest mesa breaks your app for example, you can target an older one until it’s fixed instead of end users having to fuck around downgrading system packages
Flatpak solves the problem with targetable platform versions, you just update the manifest for your app every like 6-12 months to target the new one
You cannot statically link everything. Take graphics libraries and APIs for example, do you statically link against nvidia’s or mesa’s opengl?

I use appjails to containerise my apps like jellyfin, it’s similar to docker but simpler and more powerful (docker does not support freebsd)
Funnily enough, I use FreeBSD. It’s simple and easy. Native zfs is perfect for lots of media. I only forgo hw acceleration but don’t miss it at all
Dw truenas core is dead/EoL so it’s either truenas scale (Debian) or freebsd now
Freebsd here with jails, very smooth running and low maintenance. Can’t recommend it enough
FreeBSD server with an appjail for jellyfin. Native ZFS storage, 10 gigabit networking via SFP+ DAC. I just use finamp on mobile for music and the official apps on TVs/chromecasts. UPS keeps everything streamable if the power goes out
I’m sure, I have this problem on 2 4k chromecasts on 2 1080p TVs with 4k content
WIAE?
