that’s not at all what they said but stay angry nerd
that’s not at all what they said but stay angry nerd
but why? It makes software installation easy. You constantly angry nerds are a huge part of the reason Linux doesn’t have more popularity. There’s literally nothing wrong with flatpaks for the average user
you can at least turn the LEDs off or set them to white
what a terrible take. honestly this community is like a parody of itself sometimes
just thought I’d come in and say that those fridges run Tizen, which is based on the Linux kernel. It’s pretty far from android in everything but aesthetic
Windows users have never heard that word before. Compile? Whats that? An app?
i bet you could find some little tool to replace that easily. sucks though
oof i wish it was that easy. that’s the simple version of what i spent the last 2 weeks doing. On Windows I’d consider myself a power user. I get a lot of work done, quickly, and besides that I would say I’m pretty tech literate over all. But arch is just ridiculously difficult to understand how to use unless you’re already very familiar with linux. I feel like any wrong move i make is gonna break my setup. i got my comptia A+ , which while very basic, definitely goes to show I’m not some random luddite
i don’t agree with your takes but i love your spirit. also lol that image filename
The NVIDIA drivers getting removed during an update has happened to me THREE times in the last 3 months. In that same time frame I saw an LTT video where they had the same problem, and now this meme with the same problem again. What the actual heck is going on here? I just run the system update command and it says it has to uninstall the drivers due to some conflict with a system package. Then it reboots to the screen in the right image above. Im still trying different distros and configurations but it’s almost enough to make me give up. As lame as windows is I can at least expect an update not to completely brick my system (most of the time).
